You are an employee of Fermi Inc. a vast corporation designed to manage planets and ensure that their civilizations do not evolve too rapidly or too slowly. Unfortunately your planet isn't doing so great and with your boss breathing down your neck you're going to have to do something drastic to get ahead. The guy on the other side of the cube wall's planet is doing very well, he's got dinosaurs and a thriving ecosystem... hm, it sure would be a shame if something were to happen to it...
